You might try to contact Dale Ropp. He lives in Marysville Michigan. Rob Wilkins of Indian River Michigan also has the Ropp plans but I am not sure he will sell a set. He would build you a boat I am pretty sure. I could build you a boat similar to a Ropp but not an exact copy.
