    Brian,

The best description you will get is if you watch both heats of the finals on Youtube. As you know, in boat racing the final results NEVER tell the whole story.

It's been 7 years since we had this heated discussion on Hydroracer:

          http://www.hydroracer.net/forums/sho...t=Tohatsu+dyno

Yet the Tohatsu's have proven to be a reliable, competitive, and available, engine for the D class. The Tohatsu has NOT ran away from the Mercs. I think there are many naysayers who should man up and admit they were wrong about the Tohatsu, and the S.O.R.C.'s ability to administer a two engine class.

          2012 APBA DSH results:

.....ya right, like that will ever happen...........

PS: too bad the DSH count at the Nats was very poor..........but, am sure it was only because the Stock and Mod Nats were split up.......I hope.....

PSS: anyone besides me think that the DSH minimum weight is too low???

The order of finish before inspection was correct. I have a tohatsu..but was thrown out for not having a cowl plug in in place. Got second place. I take responsibilty for error on my part....but a Tohatsu did get second place. Scott Clark I think.
