What Year Did Billy "Shoot" The Lifeline Jacket??

I never knew if it were true, but believed it was, Bill Faultlaroy made a new Lifeline Jacket and said it was bullet proof (It was made of Kevlar).

Billy Simmons, took a jacket from Fred Miller and said, "Let's see if it is bullet proof." Bill managed to shot the **** out of the jacket with a 45, as bullets flew threw the parking lot.....I think they decide it was "Bullet proof."
