Just so people know..the first ever 302 super stock hydro will be on display at Grass Lake...I will be taking this thing out for a test run.....I can't wait!
Anybody know what the weed situation is at Grass Lake?
Dave,
Hopefully you are talking about the lake and not the other kind. Grass Lake committed to a 5 year treatment plan in 2008 and it is still on-going. There are no milfoil weed beds in the lake. The water level is slightly down due to a lack of rain, but will cause no issues with the race. There is some "grass" (reeds), thus the name Grass Lake, however they should not interfere with the course.

After reading my post...I have decided that maybe "weed" is not the best analogy for what I was wondering...considering "weed" has several meanings. I was wondering how much milfoil and stuff is in the lake. David

hey dave... just talked to my bother (a cop in battle creek, 60 miles west of grass lake). says a good strain of california sinsimilla has been seen in the area as of late...
after watching your navigation skills at wakefield, i'd suggest just sticking with those wine coolers. just say NO to the michigan cronic...
