  • Milton NH - Great race-site

This past weekend, we raced for the first time since 1965 at Milton Three Ponds. All I can say is that it was a great site. Easy to get boats in and out of the water. Good approach to the starting line and run to the first turn where people could watch the action. Marine patrol did a superb job of monitoring boat traffic keeping the locals happy to boot. The race program was tightly/efficiently run. Saturday we had some normal breeze but no whitecaps and all raceable. Sunday was a dream weather-wise. Accomodations and food in the local area was excellent.

Next time you hear of a sanction happening at Milton NH... give it some serious thought. I think you'll be glad you came.

                  1-CSR
