Hey John.............I am a retired musician with 20 yrs road work behind me. Just playing at it at the moment. Always bring an axe to the races. Seems to have a calming effect after a day of having more fun...........
I'm 15 and I race 20SSH and OSY400. I've played the clarinet for 8 years, the piano for 5 years, the saxophone for 3 years, the bassoon for 3 years, and I do some composing from full orchestras to duets, which I started recently but haven’t had time to fully complete very much. I've played in numerous bands including: The Ruby Mountain Symphony, The Susanville Symphony, a Big Band in Los Angeles, my local Honor Band, and I currently play lead tenor (as a freshman) in my high school’s Jazz Band and I'm the only Bassoon player in my school. I always want to expand to play many more instruments; however, with racing and what I already have on my plate, I don’t have much time on my hands.
I play in a band and have opened up for national acts. Currently the new band is called recycled and we mainly do acoustic with electric once in a while.
I played in a country rock band, played keyboards and sang backup vocals, called square dances, played the accordian in a polka band, had a lot of fun over the years. 34 years almost ever Sat night in a club somewhere. Quit playing professionally when I started racing in 1991. Still play occasionally for family and friends and myself.

That's awesome to see we have so many races who are also musicians in some form. I just joined a band here in Central Louisiana as of last Friday. Doing vocals. It's a hardcore band. Not sure how many hardcore fans we have in here. Lol.
I've dabbled around with drums and guitar. But let's just say... I learned how to do some very BASIC things and that's about as far as I ever got with it. Haha.
Mr. Mark, we are going to work around my racing schedule
Hopefully doing some more recording at some point this weekend. Might have a sneak peek to show you at Rockaway lol.
