        Calling All

Calling all "Boat Pilots" We would love to have you here. Think about the exposure this is going to generate. We have a professional racing website promoting us at their expense. (how cagy is that).

I have never been called a boat pilot before. I kind of like the ring. Maybe Jack Stotts will drive again since he is a pilot in real life !!

The real kicker here is they WANT is here. They want it loud and fast. This town breathes racing. They understand it, and accept it, and crave it. I can't think of a better stage than that.

          Holy Cow

Wow that is nice to see that kind of support from a super large promoter. Keep in mind that Region 11 is hosting a race in the Reno area in August. This will also bring big exposure also in a city that loves motor sports of all kinds. Put it on your calendar and come so we can make this a banner year. Now is the time as the economy is showing signs of recovery to get exposure and grab new boats and drivers and bring back some old ones.

            Karl,

What kind of tow money is being paid out here ? If the offer is enough, I can consider attending. But will definately need some help with the travel expenses.

At this point we don't know yet. Craig Williams is currently rounding up sponsors so we don't know what we will have but we are working on providing tow money. Craig's plan is to structure the pay out distance traveled and the number of boats. This will create an incentive to bring more boats and thus help ensure a full race schedule and a good event for the spectators. There should be a large number in attendance as this area is a popular hangout with lots of shops in the area as well as one of the largest if not the largest sporting goods store in the world, Scheels. It is bigger than the Reno Cabelas.

                Congratulations NBRA

                To the NBRA,

Congratulations and a job well done.

The NBRA makes things happen..... APBA watches things happen.

                APBA.... are you watching?

Dave you are too young but look at APBA press release they used to send out to local newspapers when we renewed our membership.

Thinkging about it that might not be a bad idea to use to help make APBA or NBRA more visible to the general public.

Check out racinboys.com That kind of publicity on a web page where race fans are ALREADY visiting to see what races they plan to attend is something you just cant buy!!!!! What I'm trying to say is....that is how you put "asses in the seats" or in Lucas Oil Speedway case "in the GRANDSTANDS!!!!" Getting even more excited about this event. BT
