Any region 6 or 7 club willing to add a special event class?

I know its to late this year but would and SO club be willing to add a special events class at one of your races next year?It costs nothing to add a special events class to an existing race.I am getting into the Classic racing outboard class or cor 100.If i can get enough drivers would it be possible to add this class to a race next year.Thanks a bunch,Bob http://www.corboatracing.com/?q=cor-100-technical-rules
