  • Prop information the 411

    I'm very interested in learning about props how they work what makes them work and how adjustments and tunning is done .

    Anyone one know of any good books or even YouTube vids or links to posts that are very informative ......Ron got anything .

    MichiganHydroplaneTV is working on a Propeller video and should have it ready for release and upload by mid February. In it they will cite a very good blog by Mercury Racing on propeller theory. Here is a link to that content at the Mercury website.

          john meyers makes great duplicates of my rake and pitch guages,,, that ive used for 30 years and are very very acurate,,,,

            Yes I got a demonstration off John last wk and it's a must have for my workshop .

              Ok lets say you want to do some tweeking to a prop just to play with and experiment..I have seen folks use a very smooth round rock and hammer but where do you get decent tools to do the job right?
