The last time I checked there were none to be had. I'm concerned that my 102 may soon be obselete. I've heard that someone had come up with a substitute for the original. Any word would be greatly appreciated. Jack

No one has come up with a electronic ignition for this engine yet? If not why?

Don't have an answer to that Mike. I've heard that someone has come up with a replacement coil but I don't know if it's true or who may have done it. Jack

Thanks Mike! I seem to remember something too but couldn't remember where it was. Appreciate your help and all that you and Teresa do for boat racing. Jack

                  102 coil

Just received an email from Ric Montoya and he says the 102 coils are not available from him. He does have Y80 ignition parts including coils.

I'm new here, but not to racing. What are the out put specs? Can the coils be mounted outside the shroud per rules for stock OB?
