National Meeting ?

I'm Here in Chicago!!

-new insurance meeting wasa this morning. Lots of interesting stuff going on with our new insurnace group. Wrist bands are going to be huge for everyone to have in hot pits. That point was noted many times....

- I'm on the SORC, so i'll be in that meeting all day.

- Later this eveneing the Crown partners will be having a meeting to discuss the new website that will be going live this week (already can get on my iphone). Learning the how too's and what they worked on the last year. can't wait!!!! At least on my iphone it looks good!!!

The new web site is live..... Its a standard Wordpress blog type site with drop down menus. Standard fonts etc. nothing new...

I'm coming back into the country tomorow (saturday) from Paris. I'm thinking about flying to chicago. I could be there by 630-730. Couple questions. 1) where is the meeting and how to get there from the airport. 2) would anybody have a floor for me to crash on for the night.

IT IS SOMETHING NEW.....new to APBA. If you were able to come to the meeting and listen to crown speak about it you would be impressed. The gloom and doomers that showed up this week are already in favor of the dirction this is going.

Mariott in Hoffman Estates, ILL. Cab is only real way. It's pricy, which sucks, expect $60 or so....we can talk about crashing when you get here.

IT IS SOMETHING NEW.....new to APBA. If you were able to come to the meeting and listen to crown speak about it you would be impressed. The gloom and doomers that showed up this week are already in favor of the dirction this is going.

Impress me? I think not... the APBA News section is being populated using RSS feeds from other sites around the web. Currently there is no original content. Call me when there is an official APBA production team out in the field producing real content from across the country and posting it back on the new site.

The team over at hydroplane Quebec have done the best job of any powerboat related web site in my opinion. It is 100% all original content with live streaming to boot.
