I have a stock 102 lower unit that I've just rebuilt so it was handy to weigh . It weighs 5lbs and that is fully serviced with gear oil. Bear in mind that it was weighed on a bathroom scale by holding it and then deducting my weight. If you need a more accurate method let me know.
