Thawed out . . .

from Friday when in the driving rain and temps that never quite reached 50 F I spent 12 wet, cold hours out on the parking lot with my band of shivering novice motorcycle students. Finished the last couple training exercises in the dark under a few lame parking lot lights. Saturday I was a frozen zombie, today I started to move about and went back to the motorcycle range to fix a few broken bikes (novice riders crash a lot) so I can lead the same pack through the last day of training tomorrow.

Somebody spank me if I ever sign up to coach a motorcycle class in November.

45 degrees and calm wind in Mpls went to the MN river for walleyes
caught catfish 2 channel cats, 4 lbs ,1 18 lbs and a flathead over 40 lbs sorry to say no pictures or no walleyes.

I've never seen a cat fish that big. took about an hour to land him on ten lb test. nothing to do but hang on.

thanks Mike, now I just need to get all my Lee Tietze hardware put back on, in time for our season opening race Thanksgiving weekend.

also, the big brother to this boat should be ready at the beginning of the new year and might get the same paint scheme as this one, along with more hardware from Lee Tietze and the new tower setup he has. All in hopes of having it ready and tested prior to the Mod Divisionals in April....
