New boats for 2005

Here is a pic of the latest Arltralite CSH for Eric Armstrong. Eric is a new driver, his son James has been racing JSH for a couple of years. The molded boats have some changes for 2005. The right coaming side is taller, the transom and back or left sponson have been changed. New drain tubes aswell. With modifications and added material, the boats still weigh less than 85lbs without hardware.

Approximately how much will your D mod size boats weigh?

12'2" @ 100lbs. put a gas tank and hardware on and you are up to 120lbs.

Do you make a new (top and bottom) mold for each new class that you make? What type of core material do you use?
