Restrictor Plates For 102 to Run 20SS

I'm looking for some feedback on setting up a 102 with a restrictor plate to run 20SSH.

1) Do you need to play with the needle adjustment to compensate for the plate?

2) Is a 20SSH prop used or is it more a short course C wheel???

3) Do you need to play with timing?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
