Badger State Outboard Association and the Wakefield Chamber of Commerce welcome one and all to the combined APBA Stock/Modified/ and J class National Championships. The Championships will once again be held at Eddy park on Sunday Lake.
Noting a few changes from previous years, all competitors will pit on the North side of the lake. This is often refered to as the Judges Stand side. Trailers will be parked by a BSOA representative. Please follow the direction of the representative to make this process as smooth as possible. If arriving after representatives have retired for the evening, please leave your trailer in the drop area and you will be parked the following day. Vehicle parking will not be allowed in the pits. Designated parking areas will be provided. All competitors will also have to cart out of the inspection area.
On the social side of things, there is something for everyone.. July 30 & 31, there will be a craft fair in the new pavillion. July 31st will also host a pool tournament, bring you sticks! After a day of testing, Monday night will be the Drivers meeting at IndianHeads' Summit Center followed by a social hour at Dudleys Saloon. Tuesday night the ladies get there chance to let there hair down with a surprise evening being planned at IndianHead. Kids will also have the opportunity to see a movie and enjoy popcorn. Wednesday evening BSOA will be turning up the heat, at least the grill, as they host the "Taste of the Regions". BSOA will once again provide the famous brats that many have come to love. The rest of the menue consists of what others bring and so far sound fantastic, don't miss this across the lake from the pits at the VFW. Thursday evening will rock your world! A toga party will be held at Dudleys with drink specials for those in togas. Rumor has it many stunning sheets will be present. And dance the night away to the band. Friday evening will be the Finals Banquet and awards presentation also at IndianHead.
