2 for dinner
?? all the help I will need!
See you Friday night!
When it comes to boat racing and the wife, it's easier to ask for forgiveness than it is permission, and of course I spent a number of nights sleeping on the couch!
Make it 2 adults for dinner, and 1 kid (11)...My brother who went thru racer school here in Michigan, (lives in Ohio) will be coming to observe and crank the motor. Working on getting him hooked a little more. Look forward to meeting you all!

Lakemore, Ohio Roll Call & Saturday Night Dinner..
Hi, for those of you attending this weekends T.R.OR.A. race at Lakemore, OH please list your classes on this thread and also put in a pre-reservation number for the Saturday Night "Dinner in the Pits" as soon as you can.
Thanks and we will see you there!
Jon
John, Dana, Brian, I am counting on you guys to make sure our "newbie" Mike Deck gets out. This will be his third race. MHRA is really trying to include our R6 racers and races in the Racer School schedule.
Dean,
No problem, as long as you spell my name right....ha ha ha ha ha..(just joking).
Already planned on everything that you mentioned bro!!
Take care and see you in Wakefield!!
Jon
Stephen, ouch that hurts... I knew somewhere along the lines here that would come up.
Lets change it to the Three Rivers Outboard Racing Association club hospitality...and trust me Mike (and anyone for the fact) will be taken care of the best way possible!!
See ya at the Regatta,
Jon
Thanks all. The way Dean is talking you would think I was a J driver. (truth be told, they are way better than me, I still get scared!)
No worries on the Buckeye hospitality, we are too far away from Columbus for any signs of in-hospitable behavior. Also, prior to marriage, I was an Ohioan, (Cleveland and Ohio Valley) except for the stint for a few years on a boat in Miami.
Enough about me, let's have a great weekend gentlemen!

I started racing in 2006 (47 yrs. old). I jumped right in DSH. I have learned
that racing, in a nutshell, is a balance between fear and fun. The more you
race, the more the fun replaces the fear. I still see alot of wakes, but I
have alot of fun. I am also a member of the host club TRORA and can tell you that from Dana on down, these are serious people who put on a good race. Their judgement is questionable (they let me be a member??!!).
I am looking forward to meeting you.
If anyone would still like to eat at the "Dinner in the Pits tomorrow evening at Lakemore I will be at the race site today, etc. Also, you can let anyone of the TRORA race officials know.
Thanks,
Jon
It sounds like you may have a cracked exhaust pipe in the tower of you Y80. Pull the powerhead and pull the pipe out and see if it is cracked.
Good Luck.
Brewsters, see you all in Wakefield in a couple weeks.
