Looks like I'll be headed over for the weekend! Sign me up for 500ccH and all the associated classes that I'll be allowed to run with the boat. Also, I'll be bringing an ASH for Jodi to go play boats in - do you even have an ASH class or do you run an 80 with restrictor as a novice class??

80 with a restrictor in Novice but like we say if you bring it we will run it. And the weather is not looking to bad for this weekend too.. We will be looking for you John

Kind of a fact of the class but we can always hope they all go out and come back. So I gather you are not coming??

The real question is how many of them will come back under their own power???

10 years, twice on the end of a rope... First powerhead 4 years (waterjacket rot-out). Second powerhead 6 years and still going. First gearcase (c-stock Yamato) 10 years, guess I should have changed the oil more than twice. One mag still running.

Ok there was that shear pin issue at Lawerence last year but that was directly related to that blown gearcase and it's temorary replacement (five tows in one day)

I figure if the word "MOD" is involved you are bound to get some experience on a tow rope. Even if it is "pit crew" forgets to fill the fuel tank!

Let's hope that's not the case this weekend. Though, looking at the weather reports, it's distinct possibility.
