SO Secretary Needed
I am in need of someone to fill the position of Stock Outboard Secretary. This person needs to be able to attend the annual meeting in Atlanta in January and the Nationals in Dayton as well as any conference calls the SORC has. You'll need to be computer-able so that minutes can be prepared within a few days of the close of the annual meeting for posting on this message board and the APBA website. This person is NOT responsible for updating the technical manual as I already have a separate person for that. Pay is terrible. One benefit is, however, that you get to sit at the head table at the SORC meeting and participate heavily in discussions (not that we prevent the audience from participating, 'cause we don't). Minute taking is easy as all I require is the motion that was made and whether it passed or failed. Discussions do not need to be recorded.
