To the Augustines
My deepest simpathies go out to you. Having lost people in my family to cancer, I know there are many emotions right now. Grief, frustration, sadness... and many more. When someone in a racing family is lost, not only does their family mourn, the entire racing community does because we are one big family. Although, we should not mourn her death, but celebrate her life. Know that everything happens for a reason and she is now Ian and his family's gaurdian angel. She'll be watching over you, especially when you are racing. I know this becuase my Gammy Doris and Aunt Michelle watch over us all the time. You are in my prayers.

Augustine Family Loss........
Sorry to hear about your loss, Ian. The entire Augustine Clan has always been strong and determined. Keep the faith and know that Margaret has a better seat to enjoy the races. Hope she gets to say hi to my Dad. I know he is watching from a great vantage point and is either very pround or laughing his behind off that I am still doing this. (He started racing in 1929 and quit being involved in 1978) Keep fighting the good fight and remember.........There is always someone looking down to protect you. At least you know who it is.
