That would probably be decided by the turn judges in the first turn. As a race director, I would put one turn judge for each driver in each turn.

I think JMK and perman have solidfied a spot. Possibly Ricky Montoya could be deserving. But like previous posts said, 35+ could easly make a CSH final...

Pater is the man right now as we speak, he can start 2 seconds late in lane 12 and motor by everyone on the outside.In my opinion until someone can show otherwise he has the fastest CSH on the planet.
