I haven't heard Ronny Zubacks name in ages. My stepdad Bill Kneeland who started me racing use to compete against Zuback in the Lake Winnapisacki (bad typo) marathon in New Hampshire in the 1950's!!!!

I heard Zuback was unbeatable and had all the NEW stuff from Mercury.......kinda a 'urban legend'.

Jon Culver and Craig Dewald.. When are we going to start the Hydro Stuff

Does anyone remember when Craig Dewald set the A Runabout Record at 49 MPH ? We all though he must have used something other than a KG-4. At the time that record seemed impossible to match.

Bethann: Craig set the AU Record at 49 MPH in 1957 at the Worcester MA Nationals. I saw him do it. He also set the ASH mark same day.
