Mark did run the 350 class at the World's but drove his own boat. It was the Las Vinas Winery Boat and C-15 was his number. I believe memory serves me right that Larry Conners was US-1at this race.
Not sure of the R-12 boat as this is Howard number but he runs 500,700, and 1100

I remember the Sanvigs (sp) were racing during this time but think they ran the 700 and 1100 classes and where from Idaho. Thought this might help jog someone elses memory though.

No , I don't think so as Larry was running 700 only, Passed him on lap 3, think US 1 in 700 was Nydal as he won nats that year, I ran 2nd to him. Howard had some of his many kin folk driving for him. I remember saying to him with all these kinfolk he is related to, he could not ever say anything about folks from West Virginia or Alabama. ( Geez, Aderholt will be on my tail now)
