Sure would like to know how Yelm's going.

I was wondering the same thing too. How many records have been broken. It's not called the fastest water in the world for no reason.

        The Yelm Report

Great weather yesterday. Almost too warm for any super-good speeds, with temps in the mid 70s yesterday. We are running the 1 mi course both days this year. This morning, temperatures have dropped and it's raining now, with rain in the forecast all morning and showers in the afternoon.

John Peters broke the OSY400 record at 63 and change, and was close on DSH. John Maroney was .2mph off the record in CMH; Kyle Bahl .2mph off in CSR. It seems there may have been another record or 2 but I can't recall them.

No records for the Sidewinder "A"...some tuning issues with the motor yesterday.

Last night Carl Lewis (Kyle's dad) got married in the big community hall at the pits....what a party THAT was!

With cooler weather today and lots of verical moisture in the air, the weather might be more condusive to record setting, assuming the wind stays down.

Gotta leave for the lake now.

We missed it too .... I can't believe Sean let his daughter pick this weekend for her wedding?

Records though, the OSY400 and CMH records were both broken.

With X-mas coming, maybe you could send Region 10 a new 20 hydro?

Lawrence was a great show as usual, but not so fortunate for The 305, US-1, or Darrens new ride... No injuries.
