Required Flag size?

What is the required national flag size for our boats when competeing in a UIM race? If I read the UIM rule book correctly, it states 25cm X 40cm which equates to roughly 10 X 16 inches. That is a tough size to find. I did find some 8 1/2 X 14, but nothing bigger so far. Any help here?

Try Flagman.com Look at their NASCAR flags. And call them.
