Where do you buy restrictor plates?

Where do you buy the restrictor plates for the J class motors? If you buy a crate motor from APBA does it come with the restrictor? I'll also need restrictor plates for when my son moves up to AXSH. Thank you for your time!

P.S. If'n Mr. Jimmie Shane sees this, private message me. I need a pipe style fuel tank for a J Hydro; the same kind Mr. Paul Price has on his boats.
