Steve, That link is for the forums front page. Top left in main menu box hit PORTAL then your on the home page

Click the "PORTAL" tab in the top left of "your saved homepage. This will bring you to HYDRORACERS homepage. Then scroll down to HRTV Video Portal. It will be in the center of the page just before you get to the forums. You will also see a little red up and down arrow on the right of this section. Use this if the video you are looking for is not visible on the home page.
