Hope this helps. The "B" is the camping area and the parking lot on the right are the pits.

More details
The orange arrow points to the park entrance. This is a one way road, you must enter here if you are going to the park. The exit is out T359 where you see the words "State Route 1001". State Route 1001/Farradsville Rd is 2 way. The 3 white arrows point to red x's showing the more popular camping areas. The blue arrow points to a blue rectangle of parking along the road in the park. RV's may not park in these spaces.
The purple arrow points to the pit area. In some past years RV'ing was not allowed in the pits, but with lower turn outs, they stopped enforcing this. If the pits are too crowded, this may have to come back. The red arrow points to the launch ramp & inspection area. The green arrow points to the corner of the grandstand where the judge's stand will be.
The bridge has a wide pedestrian walkway on it ... you aren't dodging cars when you cross it.Attached FilesLast edited by sam; 09-02-2010, 02:10 PM.

Is there anywhere to park on the Judges side of the course and are there areas to view the race, say from folding chairs from that side? I was planning on making some rounds through the pits but I think the majority of the actionwill be on the other side of the couse. Also, how long in the walk from the judges stand to the pits? The only way to discover the limits of the possible is to go beyond them into the impossible.

This is true but the first straight and the first turn is where most of then action is located. I was actually thinking what looks like a concrete quay near the dam. Saturday will be more or a recon day since I am not arriving until noon but as much intel as I cen get beforehand is always useful. The only way to discover the limits of the possible is to go beyond them into the impossible.

As PopPop said, you can park on the pit side and walk over. You can park on the shoulder of Swissdale by the pits ... if you are there early enoughLast edited by sam; 09-03-2010, 12:44 PM.

Webcast will be up on Hydroplane Quebec if and when racing starts. I'll try to go live for a bit but the weather is not looking good for today.
