  • Wishing Jeff Akers a Speedy Recovery

For those of you who didn't hear, Jeff Akers wrecked in DSH today in Oroville @ the Nationals. I'm not going to report on any possible injuries as I don't have 1st hand information and do not want to post incorrect information. I do understand he will remain in the hospital for a few days for further observation.

But we do want to wish him a speedy recovery.

    Get well quickly buddy.

                            Thank you all !

Thank you all for the many thoughts and prayers over the last few days, they have been overwhelming and and inspiration to me and my family. I am currently resting at home with my wonderful wife and family.
I suffered some cracked ribs and a severely dislocated and fractured right hip. I will be seeing a specialist tomorrow morning and should have more info on the recovery proses then. Sitting at the computer is a bit painful right now so I will be brief but will try and keep you updated on my progress.

I'm so grateful to so many people for the way they helped me and my family since the wreck. I's truly amazing the amount of love and caring we have experienced from “all”of you. (You know who you “all” are).

On behalf of my family and myself....Thank you! We truly love each and every one of you!

Life is good... I'm enjoying it today. I hope you all are enjoying it too!

                            Jeff
