      Not Quite Yet

      Listen boys,
      You should have paid better attention in History class. The Bill needs to pass both the Senate and House and be signed by the Governor before it becomes law. Am working on it. Am hoping to have it all good to go by the time we race at Millville in October.

          for an enhanced educational experience see "School House Rocks!" "How a Bill becomes a Law" circa 1970's it was for the fed but it should refresh
