  • TOP-O Waters... ocean or calm?

BURT Lake has had 3 to 3 and a half foot rollers the last two days..... is it going to hold up for us OR might we get lucky and maybe see some 1 footers?

3 footers.. scary. will they still start us in conditions like that? i remember in 08 they were about 2 footers... and they still started everybody... (was glad i wasnt racing yet).
Which way was the shiny side supposed to go? Up?

I think they start regardless of waves...it just how many finish that changes! I ran in 08 with an A for the first time, in a closed course boat! Couldn't go through the big stuff as easily as others but finished both days which was my only goal for the year.
Certianly worth the experience to anyone how hasn't tried it yet...

Good luck to all that start the race this year.

Not to mention that you may spill your Martini, which would not be good. mark

I'm preparing for the worst in my new SLT. I have decided to move the cup holders farther back so I can get to them easier.

                      Cup holders.

I know right around Dodge Point, I'm usually thinking," Ya know, I think I should maybe move the cup holder closer to the throttle." Looking forward to seeing everyone this weekend. Don't forget to stopout to KampKurz if you get a chance. Testing is available all day. Mark
