Van Pelt ??
Looks like the first outfit I had back in 1960. The boat looks like a Van Pelt.
I built it from a kit that Ed Karelsen produced. Same motor except without the exhaust stack.
If you have transom handles that are used to pick up the back of the boat you can tie down to them.
