Monongahela is in western PA. Pittsburg is three rivers because the Allegheny River and Monongahela River meet and become the Ohio River.

Council Bluffs is in Iowa and Nebraska. I lived in Murray NE

Council Bluffs

That would likely be Carter Lake. One side of the lake is Council Bluffs, IA the other side is Omaha, NB. I have raced there at least twice. Nice place to race. The USTS also has raced there.
