It's not just kneel down racing

Don't feel too bad -- it's not just kneel down racing. The Cambridge (Maryland) Classic is coming up this weekend and it's a triple crown race for most inboard classes - World Champion, National Champion, and Canadian Champion. Although some inboard classes have a large number of preregistered boats other don't. Two classes have just four preregistered boats, two classes have just one preregistered boat, and if you're including everything there are no preregistrations for Crackerbox:

              Another J-Hydro driver?

After nearly two years, my daughter has agreed to dress out and take a J hydro out for a test drive.

                bad weather

A big thanks to all who put on the race and worked so hard. Earl you left out a bunch of people, it's impossible to name them all, but Aimie and Abby Pond did a great job, Steve Dunn, Jerry Glass and many more worked hard thru the hot weather.
The biggest problem was the wind, we got blown out completely Sat and Sun we raced a coulpe of hours and went on a wind delay at 11am, it looked bad at that time and people started loading up. It calmed down about 12:30 and we started racing. We originally had 4 or 5 CSR's but by their time to race there were only 2 ready to go. We lost a few more but overall we got to run most of the classes untill were blown out for good at 4:30.

                            A Few More Photos

My first team photographer could not make the trip to Wilson this time, so I did my best to capture a few personalities at the lake. It was great to see a big crop of J drivers turn out!
