      !!?!!

The wind up here (Chico) has been a Mofo, until today. The valley has turned 180 to give us some GREAT conditions. Weather man says it will hold, lets hope he's right!

        In by Sundown

We pulled in minutes before sundown and got the trailer parked just as the ranger was closing the park. All indications are for a beautiful weekend ahead!

              heat one:

I believe Perman and Bahl went into turn one and Bahl blew over ....

              Re-run went to 63R ... Daren Goering.

Daren brought out the big stick and whapped everyone in DSH and CSR. Currently on a lunch/wind delay with only one three class flight to go, NCOA is looking good to finish. Water has been pretty rough and comments like "makes Ocoee Winter Nats look smooth" have been said a few times.

All the racing got done today. Guedo got OSY honors, but it was Daren's day -brand new runabout, borrowed motor & just smoked the field both heats. In D we got to see him drive past Kelly. And yes, it was cool. *CSH & 20ss tomorrow. Safe racing today. I think Kyle was only boat over, and was back for 2nd heat.

CSH- 1st Perman. 2nd Peeters on total points for three heats.
Guedo, Daren, Kyle L. all went for swims today, but all raced again.
Sunny, hot & barely a breeze.
                        That's all I know.

                          Racing

Race comittee did a good job running race...well organized etc. Good testing on friday made it worth the drive down. Sure was windy on Saturday...nothing the race comittee could do about that. Wish we could have raced DSH today..drove by the lake leaving Oroville and water looked fantastic! Also...I am going to change classes at the end of the year...look in stock mod and pro buy and sell for info on My D equipment.

In almost every race there was a r boat up front. Besides osy most pro classes were one by cal. drivers.
