Bugs will be there in full effect with the CMH. Pretty sure he will be pulling out of here tomorrow (Friday) morning. I wanted to be there in the worst way but it looks like I'll be needing a little more time to unf**k myself. Does anyone need anything that I may be able to send with bugsy? Let me know and I'll make sure whatever it is, it is in the trailer. Other than that have a safe weekend guys and good luck.

thanks to all at loch haven

hi all,

just got home from an exciting weekend at loch haven and would like to thank everyone who helped me trying to get my c mod running and on plane. the engine was delivered 3 weeks ago and the boat i picked up on my way to the race on friday afternoon. a special thanks goes out to the augustine racing clan whose hospitality and help is always first class. just like it always has been. thanks to davie augustine, john mauch and george resch who helped get a waterlogged c mod dry and running. thanks to bob goller who found where more water was hiding. you see i spent my 59th birthday sinking in my c mod on sturday. gotta to remember not to go too far back in the cockpit before it goes on plane. the transoms are not as high as the old sidsons of yesteryear. one more thanks to the driver, n58 i think, who came over to me today after the race and gave me some words of encouragement after finally getting on plane and finishing a heat. all of this is what racing is all about.
