DSH at Kitsap

I am not the DSH rep for region 10, but we need a roll call for Kitsap Lake coming up in a week and a half. I am sitting in my hotel room in Honolulu...sort of bored, and thought I would post this. Here is what I have so far...Dave Anderson, Todd Cragien, Troy Holmburg, Kyle Bahl. This makes 4..out of maybe 12 DSH rigs in region 10..pretty dang sad.Remember folks....the people that decide not to run a "smaller course" are only hurting the class in general....maybe us backmarkers will sit out the record courses coming up later on in the year...this has been discussed. So...let's get those stupid DSH rigs off the trailers and on the beach at Kitsap. There is more at stake then most of you think. Dave Anderson

Any case, I'll be looking to kick your ass again come Kitsap, but this time on the race course, both days!

FYI, I'm also planning on kicking your ass at our smallest course of the year, Silver Lake, Everett. I say that with respect as I believe you're one of the better, small course DSH drivers out there.

i'm working seven days a week again and that's a good thing. not looking good for kitsap...

Lol..I love getting my ass kicked on the race course. Trust me...I have had a lot of experience at that over the past couple of years. I am just venting some frustration over the lack of participation so far....I sure do understand people have to work etc...and the economy is not so good...I understand that also. I just do not wanna see DSH die on the vine....The race results for the class at Mayfield were not even posted...that's how little the class seems to matter anymore. I am glad we are going to have a good showing at Kitsap....If any of the D drivers just can't afford the entry fees, my company will help you with that...just a thought. As far as being bored in Honolulu....when the wind is blowing 30 mph and it is 70 degrees out...it is suprisingly cold...And no, I am not prancing around in a dress like I did at drivers meeting a while back...although some of the native Hawaiians wear something similar to a dress...I don't think I could pull it off.

One more thing...thank you John for the compliment on my short course driving ability..it means a lot to me that you would say that...but I consider myself an average driver at best....I just have not had enough seat time over the last 10 years to stay sharp. I have a new C boat in the shop....I have thought long and hard about getting a 302 and bringing it to the races...who knows.

Here is what I have so far for Kitsap: Myself (tool) Kyle Bahl, Todd Cragin, Homeboy, John Peeters. Have not heard from Darren, Bork, Ken Kaiser. The only no go for sure is Bill Dingman. Sounds like we are going to have a decent showing there....sanction says 3/4 mile course, so should be a lot of fun. Aloha!
