This year our area will be getting a set of APBA J props, We would like to build a prop box for them.Does anyone know the diameter & shaft size I would think 9/16 but would rather be certain. Thanks for any info.

Looks like a great idea, have a few others. (tool box, suitcase style, double sided would hold twelve. Cylinder style from PVC. Only 28 '' long etc... As they will be APBA property, we'll probably have to ship these around alot. Looking for minimal size and weight. The plastic case fits profile.
Going over border (customs) with rifle case, means customs officer getting nosy.
Thanks for the info. May go that way. Good deals on cases as their out of season here.
