..personal opinion only..but if we start suing other "participants" we're toast anyway...gadda love the society we now live in that this is even a concern

Yeah, I probably shouldn't have even brought it up,because it's not other drivers I worry about anyway, but I kept getting this paranoid feeling that everyone else had it figured out and I was the only one walking around the pits who didn't. Then hearing..."What...You IDIOT didn't you know we all had this great way of covering ourselves?"...uhh no I didn't... "Man, you should have asked some body"..."You're screwed."

Mark, you know what they say, the only stupid question is the one that you DIDN'T ask!

And it isn't other racers that we worry about it is mostly spectators. Although occasionally spectators are attached to racing families and have no common sense and can't follow direction.
