2009 Grass Lakes DVD

It's officially winter now and unless you are in some of the warmer parts of the country there isn't any boat racing going on unless you are willing to either chip the ice from the lake (or in our case river) or brave 39 degree water. However, the Grass Lakes DVD from this summer's nationals and even the Whitney Point DVD from 2008 are available for purchase.

I purchased them for Mike for Christmas, however, I couldn't wait to see them so as soon as they arrived in the mail we had to open them and start watching. A great job was done putting these videos together and they are great for showing potential sponsors and race site owners!

An addict to boat racing and admitting to it. You don't even have to get in a boat to have a great time. I enjoy being technical support!

PS you are right, the whole week and series of dvd's would have been better yet!

I am glad everyone is enjoying the show and the DVD's.

Just a reminder, my main project is getting our sport National TV exposure.

The DVD project is a seperate "side project" that I started to help offset the TV show expenses.

The BONUS DVD was an additional "afterthought" based on requests. So "The whole week" is another variation on those requests.

Can't do it this year, but I appreciate the input and can investigate for 2010. I am concerned that the additional production time could make the DVD too pricy. But, I'll check it out.

(In case you don't know. This is an SORC funded project. The TV show expenses are not covered by the DVD sales. This year I expect costs to be about $6500 and the income to be about $1600)
