Help ID this boat

I bought this boat today and a barn sale,Can anybody tell me what design it is? I thought it might be a Jinx but the dash area is different.The boat is just over 11ft long

Thats just the registration number,it was registered as homemade boat with no make or name.

Thats right, Kelly's framing was to keep the frame members flush & sandwich then in 1/4" plywood. The Foo Ling is similar but has less tumblehome.

Glen-L had plans for a design like that but it looks more like Hal Kellys Airbourne runabout thats been modified which alot of people did.I know we built 2 Foo Lings with the second one having the non trip chine put on the inside and it drasticly changed the look and handling.I'll look up the website that has all the old plans and see if I can find it.
