Work Party/CVRA meeting Success!!

I would just like to thank everyone that attended the work party and CVRA meeting last Saturday. Alot was accomplished on both the J-boats and the trailer. We were able to organize the inside of the trailer with new storage areas for the kevlars, helmets, props, etc.... Also repairs were made to the boats and more importantly the transoms were made much stronger! We also accomplished inventory and sign out sheets to better help with the tracking of all the equipment.

A special Thank You goes out to The Pond's (Gary and Abby), Devin Adams, The Luce's (George, James and Robert), Sam Cullis and LeeAnn, Matt D'agastino, Mark Ritchie, Ed Garback, Patrick McCann, Bob Pressley and of course Stacy Runne!

Long Day............

Jimmy Shane got to celebrate his birthday with a bunch of Stockers taking over his shop!! After all the bonding we did get a lot done over about a 10 hour day!

The bulk of the work was done building new boatcarts for the J Program and fixing up damaged boats and motors from a hard year of J Class racing. Thanks to the Shane's and Region 4 members, i believe close to 40 first time J drivers got to drive in these boats and compete over the course of the racing year!

Thanks again to Robin and Stu for all their hospitality.
