Where can I get sheets of gloss sticky paper in white and black for numbers for self design and cut out?

I go to a local sign shop and buy the vynl from them in bulk. It's usually a couple dollars a foot. They, of course, will cut the letters for you but at increased cost.

google "E decals" if you like to buy on line. They sell stock vinyl in all colors.

Try looking on E-bay under "vinyl decal roll", lots of choices for the do it your selfer.
