Talked to Doc Miller last night and I may come out and play with you guys. But Mason and Backass will have to go easy on me. I'm getting old and frail, can't see and my hearing is shot. All this being said, I'll need a pit spot right next to the water, someone to get me BEER and a golf cart thats faster than Dave's. Looking foward to meeting some of you guys.
Was think'n of try'n to make it to run A-Super Stock....Would have a 20H commode and a 20H with stack.........But is the Y-80 Yamato also in A?
Is it (y-80) in stock form ..........or MOD with pipe?
Keith, Yer 25 MOD class sounds very fast.....What engine has risen to the top at 400lbs????
Speeds? (75-78 ?)
I have a pipe and pro foot for my 202D and found a filler block for my 25XS.
would be easy to fit a bayer stack or chamber.
If you have tech questions about NBRA rules please call or contact me. I am the NBRA Tech VP. Would be happy to assist you.

Steve,The 102, 202, 302 Yamato are the top dogs right now, most of them use a expansion chamber. We don`t have a 25 Yamaha but another racer does, it has progressed to the dyno but not the race course. Dyno results are very encouraging. We do have a Merc 25 that we have modified. We run a expansion chamber and have raised the exh port +050,yes thats legal,Got rid of the 9lb. flywheel and use an ignition from Electromtive. Very important the Merc just will not run with that big old flywheel. We also use a stock 302 lower unit that has streamlined. We had a rookie driver running this outfit this past season.Made a lot of rookie mistakes but he was more than competitive.
