I know Pat was on the docks as much as possible to take pics. Sometimes he has a ton of pictures to go through and takes a while to post them...
The good thing about digital cameras is that you can take lots of pictures very cheaply. The bad thing about digital cameras is that you end up with lots of pictures to review.
And we got kilos coming this weekend - woo hoo, more pictures to go through
someday...

I have gone thru a whole mess of pics and should have something posted early next week. Heading out the door as I type to D-Lake, so I'll have some from there to post too.
Apologizing in advance, there are a few things you should know: Lawrence is a really awful place to shoot from, due to distance and sun position. The first classes of the day are virtually impossible to shoot with any color detail due to the sun backlighting. Late in the day is ok, but those shots are on the dark side. And despite using the Big Gun (my 500mm zoom), the boats are still a ways out from shore, even when shooting on the long dock.
Ultimately, what I end up with are some 'kind-of-ok' shots from the mid-afternoon period on. Sorry, no Blue Devil shots.
Anyway, with all that said, I'll post what I have as soon as I'm done weeding thru them. Then, Kilo shots (also tough lighting).
I'll hook you guys up later tonight. I have some shots from the rescue boat of Friday testing. No competition shots, but better boats shots than from the dock.
