Clarksville VA Hydroplane Challenge 2009

I'm trying to plan our fall schedule.

The APBA Race Schedule shows Clarksville, VA scheduled for the October 3-4, 2009 but the sanction is not yet finalized so it can't be viewed.

Will this year's race include outboards? I notice that Clarksville, VA appears when I search for Inboard, Stock Outboard, and J Classes so the answer seems to be "yes".

According to the Carolina Virginia Racing Association meeting minutes, the classes will be: JH, AXSH, ASH, 20SSH, CSH, DMH, DMR

Is this information correct? Does anyone have a better update?
