Thanks Dave, I believe it will be it for the year with racing. The "D" mod engine at Constintine had a butterfly screw come out and got caught in the reeds. That is why it did not run. There was no internal damage except for the reed cage. It is all apart and now looking to water cool the exhaust. Any ideas of who can do it? It is a Hustler system. I know longer have access to welding and machineing anymore. Still looking to sell some of the equipment so some new can be bought for next season....Thanks again to all for the birthday wish. ......Bob N-96

Eric Vanover has complete water cooled filler blocks to purchase, new. He has the Obrian set up I beleive. he also sells the elbows and side plates for your 44 Mod.

Man, you got lucky on that screw, I had one do that once in an OMC. Got very luckly as well. Reed Cages are a dime a dozen compared to sleeving and pistons and rings. If you need any help with the Reed cages shoot me a PM or give me a shout. We have the CNC program to do some mod's to the stock version.
