Is anyone familiar with an ARIES hydro? I'm told it's possibly made in Lakeland, Fla. Thanks for info!

Aries Hydros

I could be wrong but I believe I heard that the person building the Aries brand of hydros quit boat racing and got out of the boat building business several years ago. They were built in the central Florida area. David Hooten ,who raced at the DePue Nationals this weekend, is the only person I know of who still has and races one.

Aries Boats was Bud Gann. I don't know where he is today.

I owned that boat at one time. Ran it in "C" hydro. It was built by Harry Gant. Don't know how to get in touch with him.
