The problem I see with the CSH/102 is if he decided to run 20SSH the engine will now be allowed next year!!!! Am I not correct in saying this?

no, you can run the 102 in 2010, 2011 it will not longer be legal in 20SSH........

Thanks for all the suggestions, but for now im just looking to try one out, if i do decide to buy one it wouldnt be until a year from now or longer

, or sooner if i have the money to.
