OSY 400 rules Q

I have been reading some old material on racing and notice that the Pro class OSY 400, had no weight restriction, however I found a web page (based in Europe) that suggested a weight limit of 180 kg total. Which is correct? I have a Yamato 302, but at only 175lbs I find myself to be about 50lbs shy of the 440lb limit to race CSH (given and average CSH weight of 115-120lbs)

OSY 400 APBA Pro Catergory - no weight limit
OSY 400 UIM - Min weight about 395# it is in kg.

At 175# you will be at a disadvantage to a 125# driver
